Apostle Richard Parker

Apostle Richard Kwaku Parker is an ordained Minister born in Ghana West Africa. He was raised in Beneficial Veracious Christ Church in Ghana under Pastor Richard Essel from 1993. He obtained his Ordination on Dec 15, 2003 under the direction of Bishop J. Paul Hackman. Apostle Parker came to Canada in 2013 from Ghana with dreams of doing what God had called him to do, to lead the people into all truth. 

He later pursued his Pastoral License here in Canada through Old and New Bible Holiness Church on February 22, 2015 under the direction of Bishop L. Reader. He was a registered member of Emmanuel Fellowship in Canada from 2014-2015 and Ministers Fellowship. He’s also a Member of World United Chaplaincy and Ministerial Network USA/Spain.

Apostle Richard Parker is a man of the word and prayer and believes in the fundamental principles of God’s word. He is the Founder and General Overseer of Word Base Chapel International worldwide. He is married to Shanel Parker and thy have five children together. He has had many successes to name a few; He attended Believer’s Bible College in 1997 as well as Impact Lives Bible Institute in which he obtained a certificate. He also obtained a Doctorate Degree and several awards for his humanitarian efforts and work in the Kingdom of God. Apostle’s call and ministry has been a blessing to many people and through him many other ministers and pastors have been raised to the Glory of God.
