Evangelist Dr. David Loganathan

Evangelist Dr. David Loganathan as a pastor founded Miracle Family Temple Church in Scarborough, Toronto in 1994. The church started with one family and has grown today to be an evangelical congregation averaging one thousand (1,000) weeklies in attendance from every campus.

He was born in a Hindu family in Sri Lanka and moved to Canada when he was twenty-six (26) years old as a refugee. He came to know the Lord in 1985 and was baptized in Toronto, Canada.

He pursued his higher studies in London, England, and became a Chartered Management of Accountants of the UK (ACMA). He joined the federal government as an Auditor and worked for Revenue Canada for ten (10) years. He resigned from his job with the government of Canada in 2004 and became a full-time minister with Miracle Family Temple. He continued his studies at master’s college and seminary and was awarded a Bachelor of Religious Education (BRE) in 2002.

He received an honorary Doctor of Divinity in 2014 from Canada Christian College. He is a man of prayer and God uses him in the prophetic ministry. He is passionate about reaching out to this nation for Christ. He as the chairperson of Rise Up Canada & Pray has been organizing nationwide fasting and prayer since 2018. Rise Up Canada strife to unite every praying Canadian beyond their denominational divide. (www.risrupcanada.org). He is also the chairperson of Miracle Family Care (MFC),                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 an organization dedicated to doing relief and charity work. Also, as the chairperson of Three Fishes Christian Elementary Christian School (TFCES), he is passionate about providing Christian education at affordable cost and ChristVision Media Corporation which reaches people for Christ through Radio, Television, and social media in different languages. As the chairperson of Harvest International Ministries (HIM), he engages in Church planting and evangelism.  

Rev. Dr. David Loganathan loves people and wants to save souls through various means. 

On May 31, 2020, God spoke to him about the coming seven years and commanded him to preach and warn the people of the coming judgment of God. He is the current president of  Tamil Pastors Fellowship of Canada (TPFC), and he holds daily morning prayer through zoom and works with them to reach the South Asian population.
